if you are expected to manage other employee's data, updating their record etc, then you can use HRIS login for performing those actions. If you are unable to login to the HRIS module, it means you are not expected to manage other employees data

All employees of your organization will have a KIOSK login. Using KIOSK login you can request for your leave, ticket etc. You also can view your information stored in the system through KIOSK. You also will be able to request for letters like Salary Cerificate etc through KIOSK. You may have to contact your IT Help desk or your HR department fro your kiosk login ID. How ever you have to contact your it for your KIOSK password
